SHIPPING

H.B. Electronics ships most orders the same day (Monday to Friday), if placed before 4:00 p.m. central time. UPS Ground Orders generally take 3-7 business days in transit.

Free Shipping is via ground service and applies in the Continental U.S.

Overnight or second day service is available at UPS rates, we do not charge handling fees.

All credit card orders are shipped to the cardholder's name and billing address, no exceptions. We do not ship outside the U.S. or to P.O. Boxes.

All orders require the cardholder's signature upon delivery and are not left at a doorstep or alternate address. All packages are shipped with UPS insurance for the total purchase amount covering any damage during transit time.

Most orders qualify for free shipping as reflected in the shopping cart. Heavy items (over 70lbs) such as complete dj systems, speakers.. sent by truck are subject to freight charges.

Most out of stock items ship within 10 days of order. You will be contacted via email or telephone, you will have an opportunity to cancel the order or make changes if you wish. We receive inventory daily, and might not appear on the site immediately.

Any discrepancies such as missing or damaged items should be addressed within 24 hours of delivery. We will work to resolve the issue promptly.
