C300I:PASSIVE 12" 2-WAY LOUDSPEAKER

HUGE POWER HANDLING-SUPERB DISPERSION

The C300i (1/4 inch) uses the same basic tranducers as the active SRM450-with two differences. The C300/C300i's 1.75 -inch frequency compression driver uses a composite mylar diaphragm; the 12-inch low frequency transducer incoporates a 3-inch Inside/Outside temperature-resistant voice coil. Both of these compensate for the fact that the speaker system must be able to handle a wide range of external power inputs (including our mega-powered PPM808S or PPM808M).

The C300/C300i uses the same studio-quality horn assembly with multi-cell aperture horn throat and large format exponential/conical high-frequency horn mouth for superb dispersion. This means everyone in your audience hears clearly... not just the peaople in the middle between the speakers.

And like the SRM450, the C300/C300i has the same asymmetrical trapezoidal cabinet for minimum internal resonance and the ability to recline for floor monitor use. And the same weight-balanced enclosure with dual side handles and top handle, buitl-in pole mount and ten built-in hanging points. We designed the new DFX Series mixers for folks who don't have the luxury of a front-of-house sound technician. Working professionals who have to control their own mix while making music - and have to do their own set up an tear-down.

What does that mean? It means that we've made the DFX-12 and DFX-6 extremely easy to use. For example, if you have a front-of-house sound person to control your effects levels, they can locate a small knob and tweak it.

But if you're on stage, it's a lot easier to grab a big, color-coded fader. Plus you can see the fader positions from halfway across the stage.
